Why Fiberglass?

Fiberglass windows outperform wood, vinyl, and aluminum.
Every time.  All the time.  For a lifetime.

Fiberglass is....

  • Stronger:  It is 8x's stronger than vinyl, 3.5x's stronger than wood/vinyl composites and 2x's stronger than aluminum.

  • Lower Maintenance: No need for sanding, painting, or staining.

  • Longer Lasting: Almost zero thermal expansion, tighter seals against weather.

  • More Energy Efficient: Lower thermal conductibility than aluminum.

  • More Durable: Will not discolor, warp, rot, corrode, dent, rust, and does not absorb moisture.

  • Eco-Friendly: Less energy and resources used to manufacture. Made with some recycled materials.

The Benefits of FiberFrame Windows and Doors

FiberFrame windows and doors are manufactured by Comfort Line Ltd of Toledo, Ohio. It was with great foresight that Comfort Line introduced the world's first fiberglass window nearly 30 years ago. Comfort Line began in 1959 in Toledo, Ohio, and we've been leading the window and door industry ever since. In addition to manufacturing the first fiberglass window frame, we also introduced the first fiberglass sliding patio door to the US market. Our patio doors top the list in industry standards with recognition as the Patio Door of the Future, and as a recipient of the Silver Achievement Award.

Innovation Is Our Guide

Comfort Line continues this innovative approach to windows and doors to this day. No other manufacturer offers the breadth of color choices that Comfort Line does. Our unique process and partnership with industry leader Sherwin Williams, let's you create the window and door of your color choice by choosing from the expansive Sherwin Williams color palette.

We know that our customers' homes are their castles, and for this reason we are committed to bring the very best in quality and performance to every window and door we build.
